Private Tours
The city with a native behind the wheel — the Quarter, the Garden District, or a route built around what you love.
How private tours work
Tell Dominion what interests you — architecture, music history, food, film locations — and Richard shapes a route at your pace. Stop for photos, linger over beignets, detour when something catches your eye. It’s a conversation with the city, not a script on a schedule.

BOOKING EXPECTATIONS
Tours run on hourly service — most guests choose two to four hours. Book a day or two ahead so your route can be planned; same-day tours are possible when the calendar allows.
QUESTIONS
How is this different from a tour bus?
It’s your tour — private, unhurried, and routed around your interests, with a local’s commentary instead of a loudspeaker script.
Can you host visiting family or clients?
Yes — Dominion regularly gives tours the host can’t join. Your guests are collected, shown the city, and returned with care.
Can we include stops for food?
Strongly encouraged. Richard will suggest spots worth the calories and time the route around your reservations.
Tours are billed as hourly service — one clear rate, quoted in full before you book.
