A short, current cookie list.

This page explains the browser storage used by Dominion's website today and how you can control it. The list will be updated before new cookie categories are introduced.

The short version

The current site uses three essential first-party cookies — a quote session, Rider sign-in, and Dominion Command sign-in. It does not load advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text records a website asks a browser to store. They can maintain a secure session, remember a preference, help a feature work, or measure usage. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, and software-development-kit identifiers.

/02

Dominion's current use

The public marketing pages do not currently load advertising cookies, behavioral-advertising pixels, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Dominion uses first-party cookies for the guest quote-and-booking session, authenticated Rider accounts, and the protected owner/admin workspace.

Maps, payments, and third-party features

Some booking features may load maps, payment components, or communications services supplied by third parties. Those services may receive technical information needed to deliver the requested feature and may use their own essential storage under their published policies. Dominion does not authorize them to place advertising cookies through the public site for Dominion's benefit.

/04

Your browser controls

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking the quote cookie prevents online booking from completing, and blocking the session cookies prevents Rider and Command sign-in. The public marketing pages work without any of them.

Browser settings vary, so use the privacy or site-data controls provided by your browser. Clearing cookies signs out active sessions and may require authentication again.

New categories and policy updates

If Dominion later introduces analytics, preference, or advertising cookies, this inventory and any consent controls will be updated before those non-essential categories are enabled where consent is required.

Questions about browser storage or this inventory may be sent to ride@dominionblackservices.com. For the broader handling of personal information, read the Privacy Policy.
